The room was tidy and had useful amenities like a personal safe, TV with multiple channels, and a separate entrance. Having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a nice bonus! 😊.

We had the most REALLY NICE few days there. Enjoyed our 1 night here. This was a good location short walk to a tourist attraction as well as city center. It also was near a very popular market.

The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a safe area, close enough to the center and the bus stop and most areas. It was in an exceptionally nice location within short walking distance to Monumento al Pipila Guanajuato Hilltop Statue. The whole staff was very helpful.

The facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. the location was convenient, with a reasonable walking distance to the city center. the included breakfast was delicious and a nice perk.

One aspect that was disappointing was the lack of atmosphere. There was not a nice common space to meet other travelers or any sort of activities.
